Sat 19th May - Parklands 3 vs Halswell B 2. The weather conditions played a huge part in today's game - a strong southerly wind blowing straight down the ground. Playing into the wind, Parklands struggled but played some attractive football out of defence. At half time, the boys turned around and came out strongly, eqaulising within a few minutes, and going 3-1 up within 15 minutes - a hat trick to Harrison France. Halswell finished strongly - netted another but Parklands hung on for the win

Thanks to everyone for coming along for a fun day today. The team looks great in their new uniforms. Thanks again to Ali for organising the gear, it's much appreciated. It was a hard battle on the field with a disputed scoreline but we'll go with 4 to 3 in favour of 10th grade gold. They still remain undefeated!!! It was a lot of fun.
